So, Livia is the GW:EN obtainable necro hero. I will simply begin crying myself to sleep each night if I am unable to ge the armor she has on. Why are the NPC toons armor always so sweet?

It is possible to get the Npc armors with Textmod I believe.

Aslong as there is another set of armor that matches the same 3d geometry, yes its possible to duplication the physical 2d aspect of the texture to yours.
